This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit europesnu.com, why, and what rights you have. The site is a publication. It has no accounts, no forms and no payment function, so the data involved is limited to what a browser sends when it loads a page.

1. Controller

The controller is the publisher of this site: Europesnu, 7200 Grindsted, Denmark, Danish VAT no. DK 44149990. Contact: editor@europesnu.com.

2. What is processed

• Server logs. The hosting provider records the IP address, time, page requested, browser type and referring page for each request, to keep the site running and secure.
• Advertising identifiers. If you arrive from an advertisement, the address of the page may contain a click identifier added by the advertising platform. When you confirm your age and continue to the separate website the confirmation leads to, that identifier and any campaign labels in the address are passed on with you.
• Email. If you write to the editor, your address and message are kept for as long as needed to answer you.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in a secure, working site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Advertising identifiers in the page address are passed on, on the same basis, so that a visit is able to be accounted for by the website you continue to. Email is processed to respond to your enquiry.

4. Cookies

The site itself stores one item in your browser: a note that you have seen the cookie bar, so it is not shown again. The site loads no analytics or advertising scripts and sets no tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page is displayed. You can clear stored items in your browser settings at any time, and the guide remains fully readable without them.

5. Recipients

Data is handled by our hosting provider in Denmark and by Google Ireland Limited as provider of the font service. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

6. Storage periods

Server logs are kept for a short period set by the hosting provider. Email is deleted when the matter is closed, unless there is a legal reason to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to ask for access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw a consent you have given. Write to editor@europesnu.com. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Denmark that is Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.

8. The website the age confirmation leads to

Confirming your age takes you to a separate website with its own operator, terms and privacy policy. This policy covers europesnu.com only.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new review date.
